    Yamaha SZX Self Start issue Warranty Claim

    Hi My Yamaha SZX is 7 month old .. for the past 45 days i am facing Self Start Issue..

    Raj Yamaha - Relay Fix
    First i gave My bike to Raj Yamaha Chennai OMR Service Centre for fixing this Self Start Issue.. they said there is some issue in Relay & They have changed it ..After that bike started using self start but took 30 seconds to start ...they said battery is down once u ride it will be resolved..

    Raj Yamaha - Self Motor Issue

    After 2 weeks i again given my bike to Raj Yamaha ..since my SZX didnt even started using Self..(Note No Kicker in Yamaha SZX).. They inspected my vehicle 3 days and when i asked them about the status they said self motor is not working so we need to get a New Motor from Lucas TVS @ Greams Road Chennai... It will take 2 days.. So better u take the vehicle on monday..

    When i comeback on monday they said ,Motor is not avaiable & there is no power so we can fix your bike give me another day... Like this they used to tell some reasons everyday when i call..

    On 10 th day also they said there is power supply issue so we cant test it..i got angered & i called the Yamaha Area Officer they are very kind & instructed me to give the bike @ Ambal Motors Ponnamalle High Road chennai so that they can resolve the issue asap...

    Raj Yamaha - Worst Service Centre:

    i Took my bike from Raj Yamaha & started my bike by pushing @ First gear.. after 2 mins i noticed those ppl @ Raj Yamaha emptied my fuel Tank.. ..

    Ambal Motors - My Saviour ?:

    Now My Bike is @ Ambal Motors.. They have informed me that Self Motor is not available in the Whole chennai so they have ordered it from Delhi..It will take 3 - 4 days..

    Guys Please tell me whether this Self start issue can be fixed or not ?? if they are not able to fix it after 10 days also ... what are the options i have?
    1. Is it possible to claim a New Motorcycle?
    2, Is it possible to sell that bike To Yamaha Itself?
    3. What will be the depreciation Cost of a 7 month old bike?

    Please advise me what i have to ..its very difficult for me without having a bike..

        Yamaha Manager Called me & informed that self motor will come in 2-3 days.. They have shipped it in Courier!! if i get it fixed Then its great!

          Finally Yamaha Fixed my Self Start Issue..!! Yamaha Chennai Customer support is great!! Guys... if you face any issues..send a mail to backoffice with cc as your chenna ao ... Your issues will be resolved asap..!

          I dont knw about other Bike customer support But Yamaha Rocks!!

          My Sincere thanks to Chennai AO ..

              3-4 days for Delhi to Chennai via professional courier is mind boggling, I ship heavy computers related stuff to other metro cities of India, With DTDC Plus, Pafex and Bluedart etc package reach destination very next day.

              After giving bike for 14 plus days, still they asking for more time to precure required hardware is poor after sales service.

              So it took 19 days to fix issue? You started this thread on 19th when 10days were already passed.

                yes its around 19 - 20 days.. . I wasted more than 10 days wit one of the worst dealers Raj Yamaha Chennai. . then complaint @ Chennai ao. . in between weekends dude. & left the bike @ another service center . so took that delay. .
                I am happy the way people treated me @ backoffice. .
