how you get to know that piston is wobbling
Check engine oil,
if your bike idle normals with any miss fire, than no harm to engine I think so
clean your carb, jet, air filter.
use Motul 510T 2-stroke oil mixing with petrol to be safe 25ml/liter.
I think this should solve the problem.

Could be due to a loose Crankshaft - if the sound is quite high you might be in for a major Engine rebuild - if the sound is mild a thicker grade of engine oil could be a temporary cure. a 50 monograde oil should be fine for indian summers but if you use it in winters (delhi) you might want to stick to multigrade 20w 50 - hope this helps !!!I'm not Riding FAST, I'm just Flying LOW....
