** P135 vibrates post 60 kmph, so nothing unusual
** This is again a problem in many P135s
** This is known to everyone
** Gear shifting may become OK with time
** Get the bike checked at authorised Bajaj, looks like the carb is set very lean..just check it

It does vibrate a bit between 60-70kmph range, though it differs from bike to bike, after that you won't find any vibrations till you hit redline. But even this should subside after 2nd service. In fact, you can find this type of vibrations on any bike, it's called resonance frequency. If you observe carefully, you can find this type of vibrations even on R15 btn 5.5-6k rpm. But resonance frequency may differ from bike to bike.

What's that some problem with rear shock? If it's noise from shocks.. was there in very first batches, should have got it fixed within warranty. If your bike is still under warranty sit on svc guy's head to get them replace the shocks. Do not settle for temporary solutions.

Fuel indicator shows correct info, but when you park it on slopes it may show incorrect info for some time, but ride it for couple of mins, it will automatically come to normal.

Gear shifting is loose?? be consistent with gear shifts and don't let anyone ride your bike for sometime, that should fix the issue.

Last one is most probably tuning issue, get the air-fuel mixture screw properly tuned by svc mechanic.

          Nothing serious about this

*Rear shock up has got some problem.

Consult p135 owners or be more precise about the nature of the problem

          *Fuel indicator shows wrong INFO

Common problem with digital displays on many bikes. It'll show the correct level after a kilometer or two

          *Gear shifting (Gear is loose)

You mean the gear shifts are very easy? Like vrugonnab said, don't give your bike out during the run-in period.

*I get some missing as if the petrol is low but there is petrol.

Don't know about p135s but this is a common problem on 220s but only while going uphill. Like vipin_s said, get the tuning checked...

*quite normal on P135. Chech the vibrations go away and it runs smooth once you cross 88kmph. Every engine has its own power band and own specfic frequency where the vibrations are maximum.

            * what kind of problem? If its too hard, then its normal as its made to add to the stability of the bike
If you get a squeakking sound, get the "bush" changed

            * that is very normal. if u think that the red low fuel indicator is blinking too early than expected, dont worry, the petrol remains the same. For a better peace of mind, just turn the keys off, jerk the bike towards its left and then plug in d keys, d indicator will show more fuel than expected. No digital FUEL GUAGE is that accurate as per my knowledge

            * yup very obvious problem on a 135. check up for the gear shaft, clutch plates and the clutch setting.

            * tis problem took my sleep away. thanks to AARGEE and NIN who helped me. this happens due to clog is the drain pipe when there is no air and it gets choked. open the fuel tank, look for a small hole onthe left side of the petrol mouth, make sure it is not clogged! IF THE SAME HAPPENS IN BETWEEN OF A RIDE, JUS OPEN THE TANK LID AND START YOUR BIKE AGAIN

I am a proud owner of P135LS over 8 months odo clocked at 13k. What I find as of now..
1- Yes, vibrations were there till I use 20W40 Castrol Active.. but went away.. when i started using @0W50 Castrol GTX.. even guys at Castrol SS at Faridabad (Delhi).. told me to use it.. NOw, no vibrations till 70KMPH.. also.. gear shifting has become imporved a lot.
2- Yes, fuel indicator is faulty.. on my trip to Lansdowne.. I tanked 11.08 L with bike was showing 3 bars of petrol.. so dont know.. I always rely on mileage.. Rs.360 for 10 days..

              Maintain it well.. decent machine..

How long have you been running on it?

You've gone through many threads you say. If you're going to continue with GTX then please do post any abnormalities that crop up.

How long have you been running on it?

I have using it for last 4 months.. and what people complain about the notorious vibrations in P135.. believe me... they are redueced to 90%... however i dont know what can be the consequnces of using it.. but it is working for sure..
                        1- less vibes
2- clutch and engine revvs smoooth
3- i think it heats quickly.. (may be cons of using it)

Well didnt check whether it is JASO MA/2 or not.. but it is contained in a white bottle.. and Castrol service guys told me to use it.. while i was looking for Active 20W50.. dont know..

Please help me out.. as my next service is due..

I haven't used car engine oils on a bike nor do i know anyone who has but if the experienced people here and google and wikipedia are anything to go by - change the oil...

Now, wht should i do.. stick to GTX or will you recommend one to me..

Castrol Bike Zone guys here told me to use GTX.. as it is matching grade for it.. though i didnt check whether GTX is JASO MA/2 grade or not..

The only thing i noticed is that.. clutch is ultra smooth.. and bike runs superbly.. are these the symptoms of CANCER..

bhai,Castrol GTX is for 3 wheelers mostly. Not meant to be poured in a 2wheeler engine.GTX is meant for dry clutch AFAIK.While indian bikes are with wet clutch. You continue using this oil and you will surely screw ur engine in the long run.

How can CBZ recommend something that is not for bikes?? This is outrageous. You should raise this issue to the manager of CBZ.If ur so keen on using 20w50 oil then for Motul 5100 15w50 or Castrol Activ Extra 20w50.

                              I would recommend Motul 5100 and 7100 anyday.Cheers!!
