If you want my views, it has those huge disk brakes, and nice looks. So, I would say it has the capability to beat R15's sales. Why? Read below...
It makes 20 bhp @ 12500 rpm. Hell, that's awesome and more than R15! And its carburetted so it might come around 80-90k!!

Blah blah blah... OLD news... this was blogged by me some donkey years ago on my old blog...the FXR came to India, and was thrashed due to non compliance of pollution norms... the GSR IS the evolution of the old fxr.
Rumours suggested that a 250 based on the fxr is still being made ... read and see the pics here
But getting any news from Suzuki is a tough job....

The GS150R on last check was available in the showrooms, no booking needed atleast here, in Hyderabad, unless your desired color isn't already with the Showroom guys. However, there are hardly 5 showrooms in Hyderabad, with an equal number of service centres. I am surprised Suzuki has the balls to even think of a booking and waiting time a'la Honda. Honda's steadily developed a very good Dealer network and A.S.S. However, they too are facing a logistic crunch these days. Lots of places report non availability of spares.
