      Rear Brake problem

Come on guys, help me out!!
My rear (drum) brake is making me crazy..
The whole bike gets pulses when only rear brake is used, and it feels like one brake shoe is always sticking (brake drag). Because of this i've adjusted brake paddle's free play to more than 2 inches but the brake can be engaged even if the paddle is pressed by 1 cm.
Plz help me guys I'm worried sick..

Change the swingarm first.. the brake should work properly after that.

the brake is not contacting properly because the rear wheel is also not aligned properly. Swing arm change.. Dont risk it.. A jammed brake will cause the rear to lock up and you can have more damage, not just to your bike, but to yourself as well.

like aargee said - Replace everything that you have a iota of doubt in.

but everything is perfectly allinged. Got it done at a tyre shop via computer.
Anyways, will change the swingarm first.
              Thanks.

                  @ Honda_CBF

This is one reason for why people still think about buying a Honda.

They make you wait for ever, may it be a new bike or spares.

Try JSP honda in Annanagar West, they should be having it, Do not waste your time in complaints, coz all complaints made to Honda will only be in Air.

where's annanagar? Is it in jamshedpur?
Btw, didnt waited for my bike even for an hour that too without booking.
It was like go-buy-back to home!!
And also still want to try out the complain thing.. Many members claim the benefits after that.

Guys, got the swingarm!! Will get it changed soon.. But what else i need to change with it.. Bushes? Huge bolt? Anything?
And rear brake problem seems solved.
Anytime i visit svc or any mechanic brake gets ok but whenever i get my (rear) flat tyre fixed with road side puncher-wala brake used to drag. Seems like wrong Installation, right? What can go wrong with it?

I think the bushes might need a replacement.

The brake issue is caused by mis-aligned alloy. In most cases the alloy and the thing to which the alloy is connected have to be replaced for 100% performance, a guy in our college also has the same issue on his P200, so he replaced the following and the issue was solved, BTW the swingarm he bought was not oem, it was thicker and had some metal works company's name written on it. So I guess there's a chance than even Stunner might have non oem parts, which can be bought at a more cheaper rate.
