Its mostly surface rust. Nothing to worry about.

Guys I have uploaded the pic... Please see the outer and inner rims.... Rust(ing) can be seen clearly along the outer and inner perimeter...

nothing much to worry about. clean the rust with an amri paper, wash off with petrol and forget the issue

Thanks for the update prince...
But I wanna know one thing, whenever I wash my bike and clean the discs, I get an annoying sound (cho-cho-cho - rat like sound) from the front wheel. It continues for 50-60 metres, then stops coming. It happens only when the bike is newly washed and taken for a ride.... Is there something I need to worry about?

Guess it normal and the disk is not at all rusted.

clean it with petrol and an old tooth brush.

that sound comes, when there is something between disk and pads, like dirt, etc. if the noise dies out completely after some time, it is fine. to bring peace to mind, remove front wheel, clean the disk and pads thouroughly and refit.

What if the noise doesnt go... My RTR's front disk still makes that cho-cho sound...its annoying. Washed it 13 days back, then rode it for 500 odd kms...and the sound sometime stops and goes on again.. Help
