  • Weird problem on my R15

I do not know if this is the right place to make a post like this.

I have a maroon R15 (older lot) 2 year old bike. The bike was doing great till a week before. The battery suddenly drains out, and i have to push start the bike every morning. Now if the bike does a bit of running, say a kilometer or two and then if i shut the bike, it starts properly. But after this if she stands for 5 hours or so, she just plainly refuses to start. Today while running, i flashed my lights to upper and the bike just shut off completely. I do not seem to understand whats wrong, and just for the note, I have connected both my lamps to dipper. I checked my battery, it has lost charge, but it may also be a problem of the alternator (battery charger, as i am not sure whats it called as).

Secondly what i observed today was the rear part of the bike (the part which starts from the handle assembly and back), or the chassis except for the front fork part starts to sway. And by sway i do not mean it loses traction, while riding the bike it just feels as if the whole chassis is TILTING in either direction. Its a very weird kind of feeling. Its driving me nuts thinking about my bike not being well.

If someone can please help me out with this, i would be very glad.
A fact -- It takes more love to share the pillion seat, than to share the bed.

Firstly check the battery terminals for good contact, this should be you first thing to check, it may also be that your battery is at the end of it's life, if it's a serviceable battery any good auto electrician or the SVC will be able to diagnose, if not they will check the rr unit for sufficient output,i'm 95% sure one of these issues will be the cause for your problem.

As for your other issue, check your tyre pressure and condition of the tyres, if this is ok, you'll need to pay the svc a visit.
Beware of Bread, don't say I didn't warn you!
More than 98 percent of convicted criminals are bread eaters !
Statistics show that more than 75 % of violent crimes are committed within 24 hours of eating bread !
Bread is known to be extremely addictive. Subjects deprived of bread and given only water, actually begged for bread after just two days !
Bread has been proven to kill. Scientists have now uncovered alarming evidence that 100% of the people who eat bread will eventually die !

Check your electricals firstly and the alternator, change ur headlight connection to default settings. Try to keep the bike running on 3k rpm atleast even on small signals.

Regarding the tilt check your fork alignment and Swingarm and as stefan told check your rim too.
