  • Serious Handlebar vibration on Pulsar 150UG3

    Hi guys,

I'm facing a very irritating issue in my bike. this has been there from very long time but i wanted to ask here to seek help from experts.
My handlebar has very bad vibrations just after 50 and all the way after that. to compare, it feels just like holding a running mixie at high rpm. thats the level of vibration i get. its a high frequency, low amplitude kind of vibration. the rear views vibrate to the level where the images become blur or hard to make out. i know pulsar ug3 has bad vibes but i'm sure its not at this low speed. Yes there have been accidents with my bike but i have done all the usual things that might cause the problem. fork throughing, cone set replacement. there is also wobbling after 50 even 51 brings up that vibes and wobbling. Does anyone here have any better idea than the ones mentioned here?
The nuts and bolts of th engine are tight. i checked and rechecked and will check again this weekend. My bike's engine has been recently overhauled maybe 1500kms old.
Will adding rubber washers on all the engine to chassis mounts help? I'm going to try it this weekend.
    Please help me experts.

My Castrol bike zone mech said today that my rear shocks have gone very old. They need to be changed. Changing that will solve the wobbling issue.

Does anyone agree to that. Somehow i believe in that. Did not change it though.

Agree to that. But also check the front tyres for any manufacturing defect.

I have the same issue with my pulsar and it is the front tyre or atleast that is what I have narrowed it down to . My conset was replaced and the forks corrected and yet the problem remains. The rims are fine with no issues. So hence, front tyre .

My front is the dunlop Zebra Y plus 90/90-17.
