Contact Joel for Performance Mods. You can try installing a HID/projector setup for the headlamp, and the same place can probably help you install a horn. I think the Pulsar and Apache have the loudest factory fitted horns.

Give more details of your bike bro,how many KMS on odo? How old is your bike?Check screws of the fairings.

I went to workshop many time but it dint resolve the issue.
If your bike is in warranty period,Took it to Hero Honda Authorized Service Center.

I would also like to do some performance modification or any other modification like I dint like its Horn (It doen't suites ZMA) and its headlight is not that powerful....Would like get good suggestion from u all.
For performance mods,Contact Joel. He has Big Bore and Free Flow Exhaust for karizma.Mail him @ [email protected] for price details.

For horns,You can try Roots Wind Tones, very loud.I am using it in my karizma with Bosch Relay. Here is a pic of it.

This one costed me 525 rs for horns,130 for bosch relay and 150rs fitting charges.

And for headlight,IMO,Dont jump to an HID directly,You have many other options before HID.

For cheaper option you can try OEM ORSAM 55/60W Bulbs of Alto,Zen,etc which can provide you a lot better throw than stock for less than 100rs.Always get it from authorized maruti spares,Fakes are available in market.

For little more pricy, you can get Phlips Extreme Vision for less than 600rs,Which will give you little more light than the oem ones,I am using OSRAM 55/60W OEM Bulb came with Zen and i am 100% satisfied with its light.

        55/60 on left and 35/35W in right(Both are Karizma's)

Personally, i was not satisfied with the throw and intensity of Osram. Therefore i switched to a 35w HID kit (4300k). The light was awesome but it screwed up my electricals in about 2 months or so. I dont mean to say either Osram or HID is bad, there are many others in the forum who have either and are happy with it. However, i was given one statement of gyaan by the battery distributor which made me switch to stock.

Read ur reviews before deciding. Go To Hardeep Motorcycle Company - G.P. Road once u have decided around 7ish and make sure to test the bulbs to your satisfaction before buying.

Bro check yourself and find from where is the vibration coming from.

Yes,It is a good option IMO,The throw from a 55/60W Bulb is very effective.

                          +1..

Try fixing a car headlight relay with the 55/60w bulb. I found a significant amount of difference in the light spread when compared to the 55/60w without the relay.
We are miles away from the routine.
                          Headlights rise over the horizon.

Bro, Did you get the HID from Hardeep's. They keep really cheap HID's which blows up after few months.

You can get a variety of bulbs over there. But none of them will match a HID.

Dude, wait for another 10k kms for any upgrades. Just to be on safer side. For the vibes, remove the whole fairing and fix it again. Fix rubber washers near each nut and tighten it properly.Check the engine cowl as well and remove it if you are not concerned about the looks.
Change your engine oil to Motul 300V 15W50 and see the results.
Contact Navnish for a 4300k bixenon, I am using his kit for last 15 months without any worries.

@chelwatkar: If you are going for a 55/60 bulb, go for a headlight relay. Its very effective.

Yes, i did get the HID from Hardeep's but surprisingly, the HID seems to be perfectly intact. The electrical issues seems to be due to an old rectifier which was damaging the battery by blocking the reverse flow.

I plan to re-install the HID's at a later point after the monsoon season.
