Problem with acquiring a part for my Pulsar 220F

Hi all,
2 months ago my bike developed a snag due to which the Clutch Housing (Part no. DK101241) needs to be replaced under warranty.
Since then I've enquired but the part is not available anywhere in Pune.
They say that the part has not been received from the Bajaj spares unit in Aurangabad.
Can anyone help me please as the part needs to be replaced very urgently.
