  • Issue with Gear Shifting

Hi All, dont know if this is the right place to post this query. I have a 220 dtsi, and it has been modified by Joel (porting, FFE etc).
The performance is no doubt impressive, however I am facing a small issue.

When I shift from 1st - 2nd while red lining, sometimes, it does not shift properly, and it comes back to neutral immediately. This happens 2 out of 5 times.

Now, I have got the clutch plate, chain sprocket replaced during the last servicing (2 months back). Auto service is far from where I stay, hence I would appreciate, if you guys can help me here.

I did perform a small test, I rode the bike for 4 KMs, put the bike on main stand, and put it on 1st gear, I did not release the clutch, the rear wheel just moved a few inches and stopped.

After that, keeping the clutch pressed, I revved the engine, the rear wheel did not move.
And ofcourse on releasing the clutch the wheel started rotating freely.
