  • Where to buy white light bulbs in Mumbai?

Hi frends, Can anyone tell me where to buy original/good quality white light bulbs for my R15 in Mumbai? also tell me some good brands for the white light that i should go for.
also can anyone tell me where to buy nice biking gloves in Mumbai? Planet DSG i know which is there in Pune, but is there a similar shop in Mumbai?
I also read somewhere that bacchu motors in Tardeo has tied up with DSG for biking gear, but i m not sure if they have started selling it or not.
So guys plz suggest these two things,
    1) which white light bulbs should i go for? i want 35w/12v bulbs. and where in Mumbai will i get them..?

    2) Where to buy good biking gloves in Mumbai.

Hey Ketan why are you looking for white lights. On normal roads with sufficient street lights it is ok for you but when you will be driving in rainy season or foggy areas white lights will be worst and you will regret that time for buying these lights. Either way try sourcing some illumination yellow lights.

Believe white light looks good... but performance is pathetic... The thing is that yellow light totally subdues white light...

Recently I got a 35w white light in my unicorn... I the city it's ok... since it's pretty well lit... however on the highways or ghats it's like riding without a headlight!!

I suggest you get the 35w bulb of P200... it's pretty powerful

However, if you are still not convince... u can have mine

Am not much aware about the white light bulbs..... normal halogens are available almost everywhere... brand: "Osram"... costs around 120-150rs.... (I know a couple of shops in Nerul, Navi Mumbai who keep bike bulbs).

Gloves: you can get couple of brands.... DSGs are available at Cramster shore at Wadala, or Joe Rocket at Performance racing store, Tardeo..... Bacchu motors also stocks DSG stuff but I dont know if they stock gloves.... call them and ask.

Ive a 60w White light on my Unicorn which like the R15 runs on DC. The light looks goood but has a pathetic highway performance. In our recent Kutch trip I had my 60 watt white lightz on DC but yet the P200's 35W yellow seemed desireable.

I dont knw the wattage of stock lamps of the R15 but 60w dual lamp would be enough for the highways even on moonless night.

Does nyone knw where I can get Osram nightbreaker in mumbai. Also can it fit on the Unicorn or like a HID it also needs a DC supply.
