Have tried everything from battery check, to spark plug to timing... but it just does not start!!! Have called the worksshop and they would be sendg in the mech tomo... But i am losing sleep on this...

Dude starting trouble is the birthright for all the bulls, we need to customise ourselves in starting the vehicle, I own a RE Electra UCE and I do some times face the same problem when the climate is too cold or my bike satrts in max 2 kicks. Follow the steps I do follow with ny Bull, never never use the self start for starting the bull for the first time, use good quality of petrol recomended from a Single Indian oil bunk, use the choke for cold starting , check the choke functionality, most important thing fix a bosch fuel filter between the carburator and the fuel tap this will help the tiny particles of dust entering into the engine and last but important check the engine oil quality and replace if required and check the fuses daily!!! Hope this information will help you, get back to me if any doubts!!!!!

I thought I have engine problem on my TBTS cause it doesn't start from cold without choke. Now I see it's not that uncommon at all. And what fuel filter are you talking about ? the car ones ?

No no , go to any automobile shop and ask for a bosch fuel filter for two wheelers, check this link!

The above mentioned site is a us site and I really doubt if bosch fuel filters for 2 wheelers are available here in india. Can you atleast give me a model no. or serial no kind of thing so I can ask the bosch parts distributors. I don't think regular two wheeler parts shops stock quality items like this.
