Somehow I get a feeling that you're too lazy to search or do not know how to search effectively, sry about that, but I googled out for you & here's it - You will be much less fatigued after a day of riding by varying your RPM & the average will remain the same.

Go through this website The Lazy Motorbike, for Motorcycle Riders, it has all the answers you're seeking.
Skill is what keeps you on a Motorcycle
Awareness + Skill is what keeps you out of harm's way
ATGATT + Awareness + Skill means you might Live To Ride another day

I went through this site few days back. It states nothing about the topic I'm looking for.. Which is, harmful effect on engine due to constant rpm riding..
