  • Having problems aquiring parts for my Pulsar 220F

    Hi,

I own a Pulsar 220F since Sept 2010. My bike broke down on the 30th May 2011 & I had taken it to BK Auto center on Sinhagad road, Pune.
They told me that some parts including the Clutch Housing (part no. DK 101241) have to be replaced under warranty.
The remaining parts in the gear-box were replaced but the Clutch Housing is not available still. Its been 3 months now & there is a lot of vibration noise.
Can anyone let me know where I can get the part or provide me the contact details of any Manager in Bajaj so I can escalate the issue.
P.S.: This is the last attempt to solve the issue with Bajaj before I go to the press & Consumer Court.

    Thanks in advance.
