    bigger bore+good port and polish job and maybe a freeflow exhaust,and then sprocketing to manage the balance between initial and topend.
    that would be the proper plan of action.
    jst be careful in the boring because sometimes too big a bore can also cause trouble

      Presence of MIND and self CONFIDENCE is the primary aspect You need to be on road, not what brand your riding gears are.

        thats actually the most difficult part of getting you bike modified, looking for someone who knows what he is doing, luckily i have a very reliable tuner here in Pune so dont have to worry about it.

                So the only difference is the crankshaft(the cam here makes it? (lol i meant journal)) & connecting rod?

                  I guess even the camshaft is different for both the bikes as the part numbers are different.
                  Con-rod, crank and the cylinder being the obvious differences.
