      Problem solved!!

Guys my problem is solved now.
Did the carb swap test this morning at svc (wasn't getting time for this till now) & bike behaved normal..
So mechanic checked the whole carb & found out that diaphram was defective, it was loosing pressure. (troubleshooting session took more than 4 hrs).
Was able to ride below 3k rpm after long time.
      Thanks everyone..

            Problem Solved.

It was due to Choke Spring problem in the carburettor, tension of that spring was lost hence even if choke is in idle position carburettor keeps on getting extra fuel and things goes worst.

Thank you very much for the help and this diagnosis was based on this thread. it helped me to prepare check list and with that I set with Service centre mechanic to check each thing one by one.

He pulled out the spark plug which was installed one day back and it was totally black, hence it was due to extra fuel in carburettor because of choke spring.

            Thanks
