Wellington and Mullick Bazar are the two names to remeber about bikes when speaking about Kolkata.

Go to Wellington (Esplanade)... you will get anything and everything related to bikes there!

there is also a store called bp roadies in fariapukur near syambazar. the owners name is bunty u can also contact him. even if you dont get the equipments in his shop he wil certainly guide you.
