    Welcome to xBhp, Mohan.

Hope you get the bike you want, though the wish list looks a bit ambitious.

    Query approved and title changed.

Do Not go for used bikes which were not officially released in India,as there will be spares, documentation and maintenance problem.

For a Budget of 300k you can get new 250 cc bikes.

      Consider-
      1.Honda CBR250R (abs)
2.Kawasaki Ninja 250 (2012 is yet to be released)
3.KTM Duke 200 (Will be released Very soon)
      ...
      ...
      .
      ..
      .
All these bikes fall under 200k(Except Ninja 250),u can use your remaining 100k for gears, fuel or probably buy another bike

      Remember
If you Buy New bike - You will get mental satisfaction for free !!!

        +1 to above

Though Ninja 250R will cost you OTR 300k or maybe a bit more depending on your city.
For touring purposes CBR 250R is a good buy.. Though many say that CBR 250R service ain't good.

Also, if you can stretch the budget to 500k then you can go for
        Hyosung GT650 R/N
Ninja 650R (no idea when the 2012 model would be available, bookings have been closed as of now)

I'll suggest you to wait till the auto expo & see if any new 250's or above is in the pipeline & then pick your ride.
Its the fusion of a two wheeled machine & a human being which creates a true biker.
