    @ TS

    My friend owns a ZMR
Its been almost a year he'd had the wheel wobble issue, and things got worse when the bike started strafing towards the right on hard braking as well as on leaving the handlebar at any speed above 40.

We did whatever we could with the poor service of hero honda.

We even took the bike to the local mechanic and got the whole front forks as well as T opened to get it corrected ourselves.

There was no error and everything was in alignment so we couldn't correct it.
However when we were fixing it back, we came across a very very strange problem, the right fork was 2.5mm~3mm taller than the left fork .
I've personally seen this keeping both the removed forks side by side.

The temporary solution was to fit the right fork a bit lower (3mm) so that both term equal.

From that day onwards all the wobbling as well as the strafing issue was gone.
It was however just a temporary solution but we've been soo exhausted with the front end of the bike all this while, we've swore to never get the forks opened ever again.

This might sound strange, but trust me, get it checked.
HH's 2011 lot of zmr (atleast my friend's) did have this fault from factory, as even yours a 2011 bike, there could be a possibility.

    I hope it helps.
Giving a lot to a fiero.
Expecting a lot from a fiero.

Never done for bike as it never gave trouble. But I do them for my car because I drive much faster on car especially on highway. I do them either at service center or balancing workshop near petrol pump in Kalina. Don't know shops in Malad but there should be some around. Also don't know whether they can use same machine for both bike and cars. You can try car workshop.

Check for the shape of the wheel. Firstly put the bike on its main stand and then sit in front of the bike, lift the front slightly and then rotate the wheel. You will be able to inspect it for any deformity.I had a similar problem on the JK tyre set of my car which would cause bumps while driving I got a replacement set from the dealer. It seems from your information that the entire batch of tyre for the bike must be problematic. Try swapping to a different brand of tyre.Maybe that will solve your problem. Also check the fork allignment and ask the mechanic to individually check the performance of each fork.

Thanks for your suggestion Siddhesh. I will definitely go to iceberg since i have never been there before versus autolink(borivali) which is always crowded. I hope they would be able to resolve the issue. I would also like to thank every member who replied to my query. Its been a great experience with xbhp and its members.

I sent a threatening mail to the regional office last friday and Malad FP workshop immediately called me on sat. I had a nice conversation over the phone. They asked me to to leave my bike on monday which i did. Today i went to the workshop and spoke to the manager, he told me that my bike was sent to mahim FP for inspection. I will get it tomorrow or the day after with the problem solved. Keeping my fingers crossed for now. Thanks for all your help Siddesh and i am also very grateful to every XBHP member. I will keep you guys posted.
