  • Pulsar 180-Front Wheel Wobbling

My friend has a Pulsar 180, dec-2006 model, since more than a year he has been facing the issue wherein the front wheel of the bike wobbles (highly noticeable over >60kph)
The bike has been shown to various mechanics and even Bajaj showroom wher it is usually serviced, however, there has been no fool proof solution provided. one mechanic had suggested to change the tyre but that also did not result in any improvement. The rim has also been checked but there is no damage to that as well.
    Please advise.

        Problem with front tyre

Make sure the tyre ur friend is using is not tyre used in alloys with tubeless tyres now a days bcoz p180 2006 doesnot support tubeless tyres, thus the tyre doesnot get fit perfect, which might cause wobbling..

          1) Check the Cone set, if ok
          2) Check the Front shocks for bend, if ok
          3) Check Swing arm bushes and bearing, if ok
          4) Replace rear tyre if worn out, if ok
          5) put 90/90 tyre in front
