  • Need help organising a Helmet Awareness ride.

I hail from a small town Diphu in Northeast India and I would like to organise a helmet awareness ride in my hometown. I have had no prior experience on the subject and so I have a few questions from experienced Xbhpians regarding the same.

    1. Do we need to have our club registered to organise such a ride?

    2. Do we need permission of the local authorities for the same?

    3. Can we organise the ride in the name of the Xbhp as I am an Xbhpian?

    4. What are the dos and don'ts during the ride?

    Please help me out.

Check the Offline Meets for Trivandrum thread; that's the best place as they've done it several times.
