I have a 4year old Karizma R that is fairly superb till date and clocked only 12110kms.
Now I want to make ample of changes to it. First of all the headlight, tires and quality horns. I inquired about about headlamps but the dealer here told me that a 55W bulb will not be used to it's potential. Bike's battery is giving some problems and I've done all I can but all in vain.
Should I replace battery with one that is slightly more powerful? Will it suit the current wiring structure? Or will a Philips 55/60w xenon bulb do well with same but new battery? And what about horns? A loud pair would do well.
Also suggest me tire/tires , that could probably look good as well it should not do bad with the handling.
I have a good budget but I'm not fancying extravagant expenditure.
    Kindly suggest.

I had an ZMA which is 6 years old but ran only 18k

You can change it with Amaron Maintenance Free 9Amp Battery with 5 Year warranty. It needs some minor mods,I had fixed it in my ZMA,Have a look HERE.

If you cant mod it,You can get exide 7Ah MF battery,Direct fit,no mods needed.

Will it suit the current wiring structure?
Yes,The stock wiring is enough for it.

I inquired about about headlamps but the dealer here told me that a 55W bulb will not be used to it's potential.

You can fix a 55/60W bulb directly into the ZMA,No need for extra mods.It will work fine. Most of the ZMA users are using 5/60W bulb in their ZMA's.

And what about horns? A loud pair would do well.
Roots Windtones and Bosch Symphony are very good horns.Loud.550rs for horn,You need a relay for it,Get branded relay from Roots or Bosch. It will cost you nearly 100~150rs.
Then wires, clips etc and fitting if you are getting it done from outside.

Also suggest me tire/tires , that could probably look good as well it should not do bad with the handling.
      For stock size:

Get Sirac Street 100/90-18 rear and Sirac Street 2.75 * 18 on front.

      For Upsizing:

      Michelin M45 4.0 * 18 on rear,Michelin M45 3.0 * 18 on front,Pirelli Sports Demon 110/90-18 on rear,and the max is Sirac 120/90-18 Tubeless.

Sirac 120 is the best all rounder tire and the heaviest of all too,So will reduce mileage, power, acceleration, topend etc but offers very good grip.

Have a look at my Album.
I have a good budget but I'm not fancying extravagant expenditure.
      Kindly suggest.

        @hellpersonified: Quick tips:

        - Keep it well maintained, get the battery changed.
        - put the 55/60 W bulb, direct fit, No Issues what so ever.
        - Put the horns you want, I suggest MINDA, the same set that comes in Apache\Pulsar, but Make sure you apply a 'Relay' in the Circuit, so that the battery doesn't get drained.

Tryres: Go for a set of Duro for Road, For off-road A set of Ceat Vertigo 120/80 18" and Secura Zoom 3.0 18", Even MRF set is also good

I hope this answer's all your questions.

I afraid that it is wrong,AFAIK A Relay Supply's the optimum power from battery to horn.Thats is,for full utilization of the horns power, you need a relay.
Please correct me if i am wrong
