Hi xbhpians, m in biigggg problem, please help!!!
I bought a pulsar in govt. bidding process in 2007 and got it registered and it is valid till May 2012, so today i went registering office to get it renewed and they told me that its a rule that disposal vehicles can only be registered for 5 years and they cannot be renewed as govt. has such rules that after 5 years disposal vehicles according to them it becomes scrap so they cannot be passed and RC cannot be renewed. But i have kept my bike in awesome condition and cannot let it go
Please suggest experts what can be done now. can i re-register (new registration ) the bike with a new number?? Please help!!!

I checked with my local RTO chap here and he said there is no such rule! Speak to some agent and see if he can take care of things! As per the guy here, the rto clerks usually tell you these stories so that you would go to a an agent/RTO Pimp and shell out some money! This way the clerk would get his fat slice of the booty!
i also had same kind of feeling.. now m going to find some agents who can help me.
