    1)MRF Zapper C 110/80 17''(Dazzler's rear tyre,tread pattern is very similar to the existing RTR 180's rear tyre
    2)Pirelli MT75 110/80 17''
    3)MRF Zapper Y 100/80 17''(R15 v1's rear tyre)
    Best bet is the MRF Zapper C for overall riding conditions!

      how fast does a pirelli wear out?Hows its wet grip?Also putting two different tyres say pirelli and michellin will decrease performance or is it just better to put both tyres from same company

        Most tyres are made for either purely front or purely rear use. However some manufacturers produce tyres to fit either front or rear, but these have directional arrows on the sidewall for front or rear use. If a tyre is made for front use only, then you cannot put it on the rear and visa versa for rear use.
        i have checked the pirelli site sport demon comes in the exact size as stock apache tyres.How much do pirellis cost?

            Pirelli's wear out faster than Michelins as being more softer compound than the Michelins and more Grippier but it mainly depends how and under what conditions you use them...Wet grip is good but i prefer Michelins in Wet conditions.

            Yes and No. It is a good idea to keep front and rear tyres a matched pair.
            All tyre manufacturers recommend this as the performance parameters from different manufacturers are different.

            Here's why...
            You can mix say a BT56 front with a BT57 rear. These are both Bridgestone tyres but with slightly different characteristics, the 56 is grippier than a 57, and the grippier tyre always goes on the front, this is an OK mix. A Bridgestone rear and a Dunlop front is not a good mix.

              i thought rear should be good grip to prevent from fish-tailing i have already been in this position around 3-4 times with the tvs tyres and its not even raining,cant even imagine what will happen during rains thats why i was thinking of buying pirelli for rear and michellin for front!

                Finally!!! I found 1 good tyre shop who had Pirelli MT75 rear tyre available

                  i thought you were not interested in buying pirelli since they wear out faster and are heavier..anyways please let us know how it is and if it reduces pickup or top speed?

                      I said 'FOUND' one shop NOT 'INSTALLED'...you should read better

                      and a friend of mine installed it on his r15 1.0..the pick-up has dropped slightly...this might be because his old tyre was completely bald since the tread was completely worn and the new tyre surface is extra GRIPPY and also the new tyre is WIDER than the stock...will have to give it some time to level...as for the wear out will have to wait and watch but my estimation is 10,000 - 12,000kms

                              Hello buddy RTR 180 company retro fit Tyre are not available In the market
                              If you want the same size Tyre you will get perelli tyres retro fit ones
