  • Alternate spark plugs for 220 Pulsar

I am in the Philippines & am having a problem finding replacement spark plugs for my Rouser 220 / Pulsar 220 in India (carburated model). Does anyone have the NGK, Bosch or Nippon Denso Part #'s? The original plugs are Champion RG6HCC.

      As per the NGK website:

BAJAJ Pulsar 220 DTSi (Left side)
      NGK Conventional...CR9E
      NGK G-Power.........CR9EGP
      NGK Iridium IX........CR9EIX

BAJAJ Pulsar 220 DTSi (Right side)
      NGK Conventional...CR8E
      NGK G-Power.........CR8EGP
      NGK Iridium IX........CR8EIX

      BUT:
I have used CR9EIX on both left and right side for over 10k km without any issues. Also, using the aforementioned combo of CR8EIX & CR9EIX is known to cause misfiring on the Carburreted Pulsar 220 though it works well with the Fi version.

Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.
