    HH Glamour engine heating problem after installing K&N.

    Please help me guys engine of my glamour is overheating nowdays. After only 2kms.i installed K&N RC 1060 as recommended for lower cc bikes.

    I also upjet the carb.now pick-up is owesum,bit changes in mileage.
    Also changed the engine oil.bt problem is still there of overheating.

    please help me guys....

      if you have already rejetted, you now have to tune the carb. or you may need still higher size jet.

      even after correct jet size and correct tunning, engine heat will be more than what it was earlier, i.e. before K&N.

        If the AFR is too lean the engine heat will be more. When one installs any high flow air filter the ratio will become lean due to more air flowing in. But, You say You have already upjetted. So run the bike for few kms and remove the spark plug and check for the color.
        white- lean
        dark- too rich
        tan is right color.
