If you look underneath where the kicker stopper is installed, you will understand that it is possible to fit a Splendour like foot rest to the ZMA for the front foot rest..but this will make the foot rest come in line with Gear shaft which means you have to fix the gear shifter directly on to the shaft...and your foot rest will be forward...this may be a bit uneasy compared to the present positioning.Originally posted by riderjet_999 View Posthi all... is it possible to move karizma's footrest a bit further. The rear foot rest cannot be re positioned without doing some major changesWhen Was The Last Time,You Did Something For The First Time.

@kaynmantis.... i mean forward cause the ride will become more comfortable.......
@kaynmantis and PSR... yes I hv considered the brakes and the gear lever. The both will need to be altered. I guess for gear, a lever which matches the threading of my bike and a brake lever that is long enough to reach my foot rest enough..

Anything you do to replace the stock one would leave you with no rear footrest. The front and rear are a single piece on the ZMA. Plus you will also have to figure out a place for mounting the silencer bolt which also bolted to the footrest.
What is the reason behind this change. Incase you looking for better riding position, try to either sit closer to the tank or a bit far which ever suits your comfort.sigpic

Longer brake lever will require greater movement for braking. Whether they would be within acceptable limit has to be considered.Originally posted by riderjet_999 View Post@kaynmantis and PSR... yes I hv considered the brakes and the gear lever. @asif: I think only front footrest can be manipulated without disturbing the rear by simple cutting off the front foot pegs. I could be wrong.
