Dear all , I just have a question for you. My bike is 30K its UG3 2008 model bike. I used to change oil for every 3k km. This is the time for me to change the engine oil. I wish to clean the inner parts thoroughly and fill the fresh oil since it was cleaned so for. Any suggestions about it. And how do we do that. pls help me

30k on the odo is too less for the job mentioned above. It is actually required when the bike hits around 60 to 70k kms mark.Originally posted by karthickj View Post

Motul is recommended as it is good.
Best - 300V 4T FACTORY LINE 10W-40
Better - 7100 4T 10W-40

You see an engine flush should be sufficient. if you feel the need, put mineral oil + flushing agent, and then let the bike run for 5 mins. and drain off the oil.
if you want to drain everything, open up both side covers to help in draining the oil completely.
Frankly speaking, my bike (hunk) has run for 100k+ kms and except for 2 engine flushes, i never cared much... these days, the bajaj bikes are well built and can handle a lot of abuse...
