i got one second hand rx 135 recently.working pretty well.just an issue with the handle.seems aligned with the front wheel but its a bit tlted ( in an imaginary vertical plane).as in ..the left and right handle grips ate not at the same level.what are my options to get rid of this?

Simple replace the handle bar, there are ways of getting the bent removed but works only when there is a slight bend,
