He's changed the chassis after the accident according to his query post..
The ball-race kit can lead to steering head vibes etc. It would be accompanied by some rattling i suppose.

        Try this out :
Park the bike on the centre stand and ensure that the front wheel is off the ground. Then, let the handle fall to either side lock-to-lock and see if it moves freely till it hits lock.
Sluggish movement indicates tight steering head clamp adjustment &/or worn out head bearings..

        Cheers..!!

Check what Maverick said. If needed replace them. Also change the ball races kit. Your problem will be completely solved. The culprit will not be anything other than above, because you are getting the wobbling at only certain speeds.

My bike too needs attention. The front wheel woobles slightly when I hit pot holes. When I start and go again, it goes without any problem.

My CBZ used to wobble because of tyre rims being in a bad shape (hitting potholes and bumps at high speed ). Got it fixed by talling the rims. But that should not be the case for you, I guess.

Lolz! I have the same problem. This is certainly not because of ball races kit. It may be because of a bent T-stem. Mate, if you get any solution for this please let me know. I too will let you know if I get a solution.

Ball races kit would cost around 180 bucks only. Labor charges extra. Do change the ball races kit, it will make the difference. Regarding the bent handle, it will not be corrected by replacing ball races kit.

Check the front alloy for any bend. Even slightest unnoticeable bend is enought to cause unstability. Also, do wheel balancing for the alloys.

There are weights on the alloy (silver color) which balances the weight of the alloy while in rotation. Displacment of them could lead to minor wobbling of the wheel. This procedure is a must for cars at every 5000 km.

I do not think overtightening the screws of swing arm is any problem.

I still cannot understand exactly what is your problem. Tell me how your bike handles.

Bike handles as usual....but while bending to the right...it handles better than while bending left..mech said...its bcoz disc break is on right side,it will obviosly handle better that side...hooh...!!!!!

Leave that, what i feel now is that the handle is straight....but the bike is tilted to one side while riding...very feeble...but i can feel it after riding for more than 2 kms...it gives me a little bit of back pain....i dont get the confidence in gettin over 100 as previosly....

worst part is that one expert told me that there is little chance that ur bie will b completely normal as bfore....he said even a micron(1/1000mm) bent can be felt...cannot b removed also...we hav 2 live with it....m worried 4 ths....

@Ravi....is ths true...if that is true...thn y do ppl go 4 Karizma....yuck!!!!just fallling on one side can alter the whole dynamism of the bike.......shit....

saddest part is...i have already claimed 4 insurance 4 other parts...nw i have to spend 4m my pocket if i have 2 replace the chasis...

While riding leave the hands and check if the bike is going straight. Then, no problem at all with chasis. Chasis will not get affected for small falls. In general, left side cornering is much better than right side cornering.

Do the above checks what I suggested. Check for any slight bend in rims, check for ball races kit (cone set), check for any bent T-stem, also forks, and even the wheel balancing.

Also, try test riding a new karizma and compare, then you will no the difference.

Another factor is tyre. Check for uneven wearout of tyres.

I also want to know, is your bike handles very bad that you cannot tolerate? In general if the bike falls (remember the bike is 150 kg) there are chances of structural changes. If they are very minor, you can live with them. Also, do you have any major impact to the bike?
