I dont think there is bent in ur chasis.. do one thing.... tell ur mechanic to loosen the steering column nut..... underneath it there is a steering column play adjuster nut.. the steering column adjuster nut must be loosened precisely for better ride..if it is slightly tight the bike will pull in different directions..and if it little loose..then u will get some noise from the Steering column when u ride ur bike in some potholes.....to determine the exact adjustment.. put ur bike on the main stand...one person must put presure on ur back wheel...and hold on to the rear brake very hard...and some other person must hold on to the Front forks and must shake it in front and back directions to find any play in it...if u feel that there is no play...try to loosen the steering column adjuster nut....try to loosen it until u find a slight play in it...and then again tight it just the amount where there will no play in the steering column...then tighten the upper Steering column nut very tightly.

And yes if it still doesnt solve ur problem try to replace the Cone SET ( STEERING ) not the ball bearings...but the four rings at the steering column...

Pls note : do this only in the presence of a good qualified mechanic....never try to play with it..until u have full knowledge about it..

Have you checked the nut which is located at the point where chasis is connected to the swing arm

My bike also did some vibes like this, it comes when the rpm is really low while you are accelerating

Yes That Swingarm Nut hampers the handling if it loose...but the bike wont feel like there is bent in chassis.. At topic Starter..if u feel like the Handling deteriorate when ur having Pillion and the handling better when ur riding Single then what Jasmeetsing may be right.. Anyways try take ur bike to a qualified Mechanic.. All the best Dude..

I can understand ur feelings bro... I had also once gone through this once when i had owned Spendor... the bike would pull to one side...i had shown to many mechanics..changed whatever that could be changed..expect the Chassis of the bike...but still i could rectify the problem... So later on decided to sell it after 2 years..
