so does it mean that the correct idling speed is when the idling speed is at its lowest rpm but at constant rate?
wish my KH had a tachometer!

oh, do you have the manual for KH ?
if yes then can you share it with us all? there doesn't seem to be a single source for it all over the internet.

When carb is correctly tuned idle RPM will be nearly constant but with small fluctuation,Once out of stupid curiosity i tried to play with the AFR screw to increase pick up but ended up setting a lean mix, and went for a 100km+ ride, The trip was ok in the highway but when i reached the City,Oh Man it was a nightmare every time i release throttle bike was rocking like mad, Out of desperation i tried to increase slow-running and it worked, Tried to get my carb tuned from a local mechanic, but i never got it back to Original setting untill i gave it to CO tuning, So lesson learned never ever mess with AFR,

BTW a mechanic told me VM carbs are hard to tune manually. Any comments or expanation?? Experts please...

CO tuning is a method of carb tuning; one plugs a machine to vehicles exhaust which reads the CO emissions, and mechanic tries to set Emission to the recommended or desired level.
                  .
But what's VM carb? I think they are after market performance oriented carb, offered by kehlin. Right?

I own a kinetic honda a 2000 y2k model! Its smooth for the first 10 kms and then when i try to accelerate nothing happens! Its like something's holding your scooter back! and when i'm riding it with a constant acceleration it jerks! I don't know what the problem is.. don't really maintain it.. just top up the oil and change/charge the battery! does any of you know why this happens to my KH?

well, that no acceleration thing happens with all kinetic honda's (its because of CVT gearbox) but it doesnt last more than 2-3 seconds. if you constantly feel no acceleration but lots of reving then it can be due to worn out clutch shoes.
about the jerks, I still dont have any idea sorry.
