    i have rode just 5500kms on my 220 yet, and my rear tyre is already slippery at times on panic braking... do u suggest i change the tyres? if not... then by when (on odo) should i get them changed??
    i also intended to ask about what engine oil is prefered for the bike??
    i have been using the bajaj prescribed DTSI oil...
    plz help...

    If you are skidding the rear tire regularly while braking, you are braking wrongly. Try to keep a 70% bias towards front brake and you will see much more controlled braking and reduced braking distances.
