  • Number plate mods on fz

Guys.I saw this number plate mod for FZ.Some people told me that fz's engine is air cooled and so it has the fins in front of the engine. In that pic,the number plate is directly over the fins. Will this cause any obstruction or problem to cooling of engine.

Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

Be ready for never ending challans... you can't put a numberplate at a place where anything is obstructing it...

First LOL !!!! When the owner can't see the number then how will we see the number ??

Your Question, Yes it will affect the cooling of the engine which in return will affect the performance too.

Wind blow from front when bike rides through! So if we block the wind which will be helping the engine to cool then how can we expect engine to be in fine state!! Cooling will be surely be affected by 20-30% slow depends on the size of plate used for the number!!

And it will make you hero in front of traffic officials!!!

Make your pocket heavy dude, if this mods come over your FZ then you will be in demand in the city !!!!

i had this for a while and it was pretty crudely done. problem was the plate hitting mudguard during high impact. plan to do a smaller one with a foam board. not sure if it'll help though. need to find a material which is easy on the mudguard during a impact and at the same time stays firm. for now i've got the fz-s windscreen with the number sticker-ed on it.
