1) are you using this set-up, or just tested it only?
2) what is the use of relay in dc conversion?? relay is used for HID part and not for dc conversion.
3) from the looks of your hand made ckt., it appears to be a rectifier only. you actually need a regulator-rectifier unit. have u checked the output voltage of your ckt.
4) there are seperate threads here on xbhp for dc conversion. plz read them or else you may end up frying your bike's electrical system.
5) regarding self start not working, your bike has a BCU. you will need to bypass it either by a switch or a relay.
6) how are you feeding dc power to bike. some wiring modifications are required.

the relay are used for to bypass bcu,
The bcu get bypassed to work self start.
heare 2 bridge are used one for recharging battery,
Another for to work the relay
The voltage is allredy regulated in dc (always 12v)
So no need of regulation are requered!
