  • need suggestions to restore original pickup

    friends!!
I own a pulsar135LS (april 2010), which indeed a very good bike, smooth, comfortable riding with lots of pleasure riding on it,till now.
few months back, my bike was so good and smooth....
since i changed my location and got my bike 2 servicings, its not smooth now...
as well since last work on that it also lost its pick-up.
I always prefer servicings from company guys, but still the problem is there...
please suggest me what should I ask the mechanic that he may improve it..

First see what colour of spark plug says about combustion. may be lean air fuel ratio is causing this issue. try changing spark plug. use of inappropriate level and class of engine oil also cause lack in quickness.
Does your bike emits coloured smoke?

I am quite worried about the service centers as most of them just polishes your bike and does some minor fixes unless you instruct them your bike's problems properly .

you can check your air filter for dirt /clog , can clean carb , check your wheels freely rotating and brakes are not too tight , and of course Air Fuel mix tuning of your bike , if AF mix is too lean you will face drop in pick up. check spark plugs tip color.

attaching a pic for spark plug inspection reference hope it works.
