I verified its condition and its the same today.
What could be wrong with it ?
Also, its under warranty and I plan to take it to the SVC soon. Kindly advice on the approach I should take with the service people. I have heard several horror stories of service centers cheating people and I plan to take every precaution against that and have solid legal defence against TVS in case of eventual trouble by:
- Take a video of the initial conversation with the SVC and also after they fix the issue, to ensure that whatever they say is on record.
- Get them to sign an undertaking stating whatever they have done with the vehicle and also note if they refused to listen to me and replace a part and chose to fix it instead. If they refuse to sign an undertaking, then videograph their refusal.
Any other suggestions ? I plan to sue the living daylights out of them if they cause ANY trouble and escalate the issue to ridiculous proportions and bring uber-loads of negative publicity behind me.

TVS service centers are really good now! I own a tvs for 2 months now and i'm really happy with their service. Wego is a good scooter planing to buy it soon. I've seen people yelling at the SVC guys for no reason. Be polite and friendly with them and when needed "reward" them
