    Identifying the jets of Pulsar Carb

    I cleaned my carb of pulsar today. The smaller jet came out of 2 and the bigger one came from 3....
    I presumed as follows:
    1- dont know
    2- pilot jet
    3- main jet

    Am I right??? If not then correct me....

      Correct about the main & the pilot jet.

      I am guessing that #1 is a fuel pickup tube for the choke. Someone who has opened a Pulsar carb should be able to tell you better.

      You can put some fuel in that orifice & check where it comes out from . I see that your main jet (slotted) is still screwed on to the main jet holder (hexagon), if you want to clean it properly, you will have to separate the two.

        already fitted the carb back....performance improved drastically...though the reason for which i dismantled the carb remained....btw thanks for your reply...
