Hopefully the issue would've resolved now, your old spark plug was in a very bad condition!
It seems there is lot of carbon formation inside engine, I doubt if your bike is burning oil as I pointed before.
Check for exhaust tip for any oily residue.

whooo. that's the worst plug condition i've seen! u probably have some oil being burnt in the combustion chamber. check this new plug after a few kms(50km or so) and post the pic. If you have blackish oily deposits then you might need to change the piston ring set and get the valves lapped and the valve oil seals replaced. And definitely a head decarb while your at it.

Meanwhile things required for cleaning carburetor effectively(apart from tools)
#Paint Thinner (dissolves and dislodges very effectively than petrol)
            #10ml Syringe
#Vacuum Cleaner that blows out air with a small nozzle attachment.[after blowing out air in all holes of my carburetor, the chronic morning hiccup is gone]

dont remember who said this , but is it true that you need to remove the tank to clean the carburetor ?

You must be running the bike in Lean, Tune the carb properly

I also had the same problem with my Xtreme, it was because I was running on lean mixture.

Since you don't know about lean/rich mixture, I suggest giving to SVC or a local mechanic to Tune the carb for right mixture.

There was a post made by an Xbhpian member Sibun for proper tuning of Xtreme

I still recommend giving to SVC

Also check whether the chain is loose and properly lubricated,
Get your air filter cleaned/replaced if it hasn't

If it still vibrates, The carb might have to be cleaned

check for oil ( which eng oil will you suggest, 10w30/10w40? brand?)

Of all the engine oils used, I have felt Gulf 10w30 better than all others-castrol, hero honda, veedol etc.

Yeah, I recommend Gulf 10W30 too. Check spark plugs, adjust clutch too.
