please specify which avengers coil avenger 180 or avenger 200 what is its cost
and also cost of the avengers RR
but if you will go for 90 watts bulb then you will need to convert to dc because no rr is capable for 90 watts ac
part no. DV111005 for coil of avenger 180 cost no idea
and you can also rewind your existing pulsar coil with the 18 swg wire for 55/60 watts bulb( but old winding has to be removed completely) if you will go for dc and 90 watts bulb then go for avengers 180 coil rewinding it with the 18 swg wire and using ape rr but remember not to switch it on until and unless you are at rpm more than 4k. if you want ac in 55/60 watts bulb then go for avengers 180 coil and then put avenger rr very simple installation. If you will use your existing coil which is pulsar's coil for 55/60 watts in ac bulb then your bulb will glow
at its full intensity in higher rpm than that of avenger's 180 coil..if budget is the concern then just rewind your existing coil poles which are for lighting with 18 swg wire and then go for avengers rr.

ya both are straight fit in coil just neutral wire is different but your mechanic will be able to connect it, it is simple.

                  Hello Intruder..!!!

AVY RR is not a direct fit (Dont know about P200)..!!! Please go through my thread http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/help-me/...lz-help-4.html

Avenger 180 regulator is blue coloured and have a straight metal clamp coming out..!!! But Pulsars(AFAIK) have L-shaped metal clamp...!!!!

So, (as per my little knowledge), you have to bend the Bike body RR holder inside, to hold the Avenger RR..!!! Check for it or post a pic here..!!!

Option 2: Get a aluminum metal clamp with 2 holes drilled and get it welded to a place of the bike frame, so that AVY RR sits freely inside the bike..!! (Dont know whether it requires ventilation.)

                  This job can be done.

                  Experts please comment on this..!!

Bullet points: AVY coil produces/generates extra power, so in my case, my bikes RR(which was designed to light 35w bulb) was unable to handle that current..!!!

Only best solution is to get AVY RR (blue coloured, six pinsocket,Part number: DV 20 1009 (Blue coloured )

To my bad luck no one suggested me that AVY RR can be fixed by bending the RR holder of my bike...!!! Another idea came to my brain is welding an extra clamp to bike..!!! (If the original holding clamp of bike cant be bend or cannot hold AVY RR). These are my own ideas..!!!

But no one here or at dealers shop suggested me that ideas.!!

So they gave me P200 RR Regulator Part number DJ 20 1164 (Brown coloured ) and said these both have same configuration and able to handle the AVY stator coil..!! I dont know how it can or able to handle AVY stator coil..!!!!

Is it the same RR in your bike..??? (DJ 20 1164)

New Pulsar RR (as Abhi said in my thread) has 4 pins which was not suitable for my bikes model...!!!!

As your budget is limited: Get a AVY Stator and AVY RR and keep your stock parts with you.!!! Once you install this combo you never have to see back again..!!

But in my case pass switch response is very dull. only above 3K rpm the pass switch will respond immediately. If the bike is at idle or belo2K rpm the pass beam will respond very very slowly which i cant do anything to rectify. I dont know whether its due to my P200 RR or something.

I once again request all experts to comment on this..!!!!

Caution: if you want to install AVY stator coil, never use it with your stock RR. It may/maynot be able to handle that extra current..!! (As per my experience)

I have tried for the same. But i was unable to find one in Hyderabad...!!! i was tired in wandering in my city
so after some research i came to know about BOSCH H4 P43t 60/55W bulb. It costs only 90Rs. I bought one and the beam spread and visibility is good and VFM bulb.!!!! I recommend it for anyone..!!

But as per numerous reviews Philips Xtreme vision is very good bulb but cost around 600RS or 1400RS (dont know) or more for 2 bulbs.

No missing problems as such. But my bike misses/jerks slightly at or below 2KRPM. Mechanics are saying there is no problem. I think its due to tappet/valve settings. Else, theres absolutely no missing at any band and i even redlined to 11K rpm..!!!! No problem anywhere at any RPM range..!!!

As per many bikers who tried AVY stator there is no problem. One can install it...!!!!
