Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

Hey Sid, when did you last change your engine oil?
Also, what grade of engine oil have you been using?
Do you mainly ride in the city?

If you ride mainly in the city and if you've been using mineral oil then you can expect it to go bad within 1500 kms of riding.
Also, you may want to get the head de-carbonised.
      Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

Knocking mainly happens when access carbon is built up in combustion chamber.

knocking is also caused due to bad fuel. Empty your tank and fill up from a 'reputed' bunk (or shell just to be sure ) and check again. also make sure the spark plug is cleaned every 2500km and replaced at every 12k km, and same goes for the air filter.

            Ive been using normal fuel
Also i have recently serviced the bike and changed the oil as well to servo
I also feel the fuel quality is affecting the bike.

if you never de-carbonized your, I think excess carbon deposits would be causing this (as your bike has done 49k km).
Also check the tip of your exhaust for any oily black deposit and check for smoke while riding, to check if your engine is burning oil.

                  Yes I've never done de-carbonizing.
Also is this done at the Hero Moto Corp. service centers?

Yes, this can be done at service center, even local mechanics can do this.
What about your exhaust tip? Is there oily deposit? Does your bike produce smoke in high rpms ?

No it doesn't produce any smoke at any levels of revs
But there is a blackish deposit on the tip of the silencer.

^If the said deposits are only dry and not greasy & wet then don't worry. Its normal.

As Honda_CBF said, if the deposit is not greasy and there is no smoke, don't worry.
Between, did you get your bike de-carbonized?
