Oil cooler for karizma R
hi all i am new to xbhp i have a karizma R 2008 model i travel around 130-180 kms daily i have to service twice or thrice in a month. due to overheating the spares also worn out quickly specially camshaft,tapets,timing chain i have changed it many times almost 4-5 times in a year and overhauled the engine twice i could upgrade to other bike but i love this bike very much and my fortune changed after i bought this bike so i could not sell it so i thought to fit the "oil cooler" to my bike as the zma and R engines are the same so is it possible to fit oil cooler on my bike,if yes how much will be the cost and the modifications required for fitting......please suggest me

hi Narendra , i too have a ZMA R i also have the heating problem , but its due too continous speed more 100 kmph as i have touch my ZMA R to max speed of 145 kmph but after it engine had got too hot i have wait for at least half an hour soo that engine would get cool . suggestion from me are - find a good mechanic how will do u r ZMA R work properly , check your oil 1 or 2 a week move too synthetic engine . dont accelrate suddenly acclerate slowly .Angel in CITY , DEMON on HIGHWAY .
