    hi
I've an Apache run more than 10 k kms. it's having a problem in chain which making noise when i hold the clutch suddenly while riding and slowdown.
while it was running i observed that the chain is wobbling slightly like a snake track.
is there any faults in the gear wheel razor?
if i replace a new chain i feel it may occur again. what can i do for this?
    any one please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

10k is too early for chain to wear-off provided you've given the minimum maintenance it requires.
And slight wobble in lower part of chain while riding is common.
What kind-off noise you are hearing when slowing down?
When you slow down, the noise becomes audible because the engine sound goes down as you depress the clutch?

Do you lubricate the chain often?

Try tightening the chain & lubing it, if the sound persists then your sprockets might need to be replaced.
Its the fusion of a two wheeled machine & a human being which creates a true biker.

If your chain is loose tightened it up and lube it.
If you are facing the problem i faced ie chain get tightened up after riding and making noise then clean the chain with diesel/kerosene and lube it.

Chain is needs to be tightened & lube. If it is too much dirty with grease, gums and rust then its needs to be wash with kerosene. Washing a chain in regular interval gives better performance and increase overall chain life.
Chain sprocket is such a thing that needs to be have better care. It shouldn't be ignored.

                thanks to all,
                i lubricate the chain often.
i think it hit the chain cover or swinging arm bar, now i have tighten the chain and there is no sound but it needs to be tighten highly to destroy the sound because i observed that some points of the chain was highly tighter than other points. how is this possible?.
i think the service boy tight the chain by only the sprocket side and the rear wheel was not in the correct alignment, this might have damaged my chain.

Your chain sprocket is out of align. Check the swing arm, u'll see a mark for adjusting chain. Look over your owners book to how much difference between both is fine. If both have too much difference. Then it might have damaged your chain sprocket. Open the cover to inspect it. Too tight chain will put load on engine, hence low pickup & mileage. And also sprocket will wear out soon.
