Suggestion regarding nameplate on the front mudguard

Hi,
I want to fix nameplate on my newly purchased UCE electra's front mudguard for that classic bullet look.I want to know if that is a good idea.In case it is I want to know where to get that done in bangalore.

Will they need to make holes in the mudguard for fixing the number plate?

Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.
