Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

The one in the second pic looks like the oil drain bolt. The third looks like the one hold the 'oil strainer screen'(if present on the rodeo. the activa's n dio's have this) - Check your user manual, it may have the procedure to change engine oil.
And this may not be moved to the DIY thread because there is no DIY here, you are just asking HOW TO 'DIY'
Refer the Activa oil change thread by Argee under the DIY section to learn how to do it.

owners manual doesn't provide procedure for doing this.
What is the difference b/w oil strainer screen n drain bolt?

an oil strainer is a metal mesh kinda filter (looks like a thimble on the activa's n dio's - read the activa oil chage thread, ive put it up there), and its purpose is to catch 'large' debris before the oil enters the oil pump. Some bikes/scoots may have this strainer screen along with the drain bolt itself, where as the activa's have a separate bolt that holds this setup(i.e. the spring/strainer/washer).
Why dont you get the oil changed at the svc and watch them do it, and after that you can do it yourself. but you shud be using the right spanner(box spanner) and not an open ended spanner because it is easy to damage the bolt's head.
