RTR 180 Rear Disk Gone Bad

Hi All,

I own a Apache RTR 180 & my rear disk has gone full black & is full with scratches ... I was thinking to change my disk plate to Round one instead of Pedal Disk , so i wanted to know that if same calipers would work or not or i have to get pedal disk plate only ? please help me....
