    Starting Problem. Abnormal long time to heat up the engine!!!

    Dear experts,
    Recently my bike is having serious starting problem. Even if I use the chokh for 5 mins.....my bike's rpm goes down to zero as soon as I release the chokh.

    It takes more than 15-20 mins to run my bike USING FULL CHOKH then my bike will heat up and RPM needle will be normal condition.

    I do not know what is the problem?

    The problem started just after my last servicing. But the servicing guy can not fix it.

    Can you tell me what is possibly wrong my bike?

    Information:
    My bike: HUNK
    Mileage: 33000+ km running
    Engine Oil: Mobil 1 Racing (10w40)
    It is winter in my Location.

      Did you get it checked somewhere first ? I would say get the spark plugs checked

        Also you may check for Carburretor too. Usually the service center guys try to tune bike's carburretor as a part of service check. If that is the exact problem, I can help you out with that; but please confirm if that is the problem.

          Replace your spark plug if its too old.
          Problem may be with your carb tuning setting as well, if SVC guy cannot fix it, get it checked with a local trusted mechanic.

            a similar thing used to happen to my splendor when someone stole a pipe connecting the carb.. check again all those pipe connections.

              two things that came first to my head..

              spark plug and the idle jet of the carb...

                problem may be in carburetor or valve clearance. did u adjust the valve settings at your last service?
