    Hi Everybody,

I own Pulsar 150 Dtsi 2006 model, clocked 49000 KMS.
But currently i am facing a problem of vibration in Handle even if drive at around 50 km/hr.

Kindly suggest how this issue can be resolved.

      Hi,

If your bike has fallen due to some accident, or even from stand still position, it highly likely that the sporket bearing / handle bearing are damaged. It is a set of 2 bearings, may cost around Rs 500.
Also, if you bike met an accident, it must be misaligned and has to be mechanically sync-ed with the chassis. This is pure mechanical job and may take upto Rs 700.

Even a medium-experienced mechanic can catch the exact problem, but do the repair in Service Centre in front of your eyes or a reliable mechanic of your choice.

      All the best,
      Rohit
