where will i get a new pair of throttle grips....is there any effects on the bike, if changed the throttle handle grips???????

There's nothing much to discuss here. I believe your local motorcycle parts market will be in better position to suggest good handlebar grips.
And no, there's no such bad effect on the bike, if the grips are changed.---
